Riverstone Growing Strong, continued
Riverstone is expanding to bring residents even more options and amenities. New additions to the community include:
- Numerous new neighborhoods are underway with 55’ to half-acre homesites. Fourteen builders bring buyers luxury living—prices range from the $200s to the millions.
- Darling Homes’ model is now open and offers luxury patio homes from the $500s in Meridian Park.
- Lake Riverstone, the community’s new 110-acre lake, is about ready to be filled. This lake is about 10x the size of our largest existing lake— eventually spanning over a mile-and-a-half in length.
- Things are as ‘grrreat’ as ever now that plans are underway for the community’s first Bark Park. Residents will enjoy taking their pooch to this park which will feature an obstacle course, water fountain and more.
- At The Shops at Riverstone, shoppers can find everything from great eats to health and spa services with the recently opened New York Pizzeria and NaturaBella. In the Offices at Riverstone, Dr. Susarla of Fort Bend Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, PA and Weichert, Realtors-Wayne Murray Properties. Also, off of University Boulevard, Ivy Kids Daycare recently opened.
- The newest Recreation Center is planned for a 2008 opening near Creekstone Village. It will have a pool and playground and be located near the Bark Park.
- Riverstone’s newest custom home neighborhoods, Crescent View Estates and Hartford Landing, will be home to our Custom Home Showcase in the fall of 2008. These neighborhoods include builders Bayou Bend, Christopher Sims, Peterson, Sterling Classic and Westport Homes and from the $800s to the millions.
