New lots, models, retail centers, walking trail and entry monuments are the buzz in Tuscan Lakes, continued
The “Siena Mile” has been established, which is a 1 mile walking trail around Lago Siena and the custom section of Siena. Signs were placed in quarter mile increments giving all homeowner’s in Tuscan Lakes a way to measure their walking or jogging progress.
The entry monument into the Southeast sector of Tuscan Lakes is also underway and is scheduled to be complete by the end of the first quarter of 2008! (See photo) Construction will soon begin on gateway monumentation and landscaping at the commercial intersection of League City Parkway and South Egret Bay Boulevard.
Martin Fein Interests has started construction of the third phase of luxury apartment homes, CVS Market has opened its doors and LA Fitness is scheduled to open by the end of the first quarter of 2008! Amoco Federal Credit Union will also break ground in the early Spring. The Kiddie Academy Childcare Learning Center is under construction and will be open for the 2009 school year in August!
